on CTX670, is it possible to forward a door phone to an analog wireless phone? Our warehouse guy is always roaming about so this would be the best way to get him to answer the warehouse backdoor.
If this is possible, can we setup multiple door phones to forward to the same analog wireless phone?

I don't see why not. The doorphone rings on a phantom DN. Just forward the phantom.

If you are using a DDCB/MDFB then the door phone can only ring a PhDN/PDN or a Page Group. If you divert a PhDN it will override the call forward. The door phone can ring a wireless/cordless phone BUT NOT a multiple call group.
You can have multiple door phone ringing the same destination.

okay this is a little weird.
door phone is set to ring Phantom DN let say 555 I setup System call forward template x to forward all phone to analog extension 666
from my desk phone and I dial 555 (door phone PDN) if no answer, it forwards the call to my wireless phone 666.
But when I press the doorbell on the door phone, when no answer from users. It does not forwards the call to my wireless phone 666.
Any other tips?

hi carlos,
I sent you an email. So am I understanding correctly that the system call forward that I have setup for the phantom DN is the incorrect method?
If so do I setup the wireless phone to have the same phantom number as the door phone?
What do i need to do to avoid "diverting a PhDN"
thanks

Do I give the door phone an actual PDN instead of a phantomDN?
then forward the doorphone PDN using system call forward to the analog line extension? 666
so instead of doorphone -> phdn -> system call forward -> wireless analog phone
I do doorphone -> PDN -> system call forward -> wireless analog phone.

or do i setup the door phone to ring the same extension as the wireless phone.
go into the door phone setting and instead of putting the phdn. I put in the DN section the same extension as the wireless phone.
example : door phone rings DN 666 analog wireless phone ext = 666
