Our company has a Toshiba Strata DK40i phone system with a Dialogic VoiceBrick voicemail system. We recently had an employee leave and never documented his voicemail password. Any ideas how we can reset the password on that extension? Can we do that without losing the messages that remain on the phone? Any assistance is appreciated.

Mailbox 999 is the admin mailbox where you can reset passwords add/remove mailboxes etc.
You will of course need to know the password for mailbox 999 and then follow the verbal prompts.
The other option is to use the admin software via the null modem cable and reset the password using the software.
..or finally get someone to do it for you remotely as it is a straight forward remote program job for someone with the knowledge on Toshiba systems.
There are plenty of guys on here that can do it for you if you request it.
Good luck.

Using admin software is the best way IMHO. You can delete the mailbox, remove all greetings and voicemails and the add the mailbox back for a new user with the name for Dial by name.
