Having a problem with ACD groups , Friday customer called and said 2 of there ACD overflow groups stopped working , ended up deleting the groups and building them back, per Toshiba tech support and everything worked fine. Just got a call today(Monday) with the same problem , same 2 groups ????

Were the members logged in and available? (stupid question I know)
Is there any kind of schedule set up for the ACD groups?
Are the overflow groups another ACD group or back on the telephone system (MCG/HG)?

Yes , logged in and ready , and the overflow are ACD groups. Dont think there are any schedules

They just called with other issues , TASKE Information Server service would start , VA_HOST ?? Toshiba logged in and got it started and suggested to upgrade software for Netserver , ACD and VA

Anyone ever have any issues when upgrading the software for Netserver , ACD and VA, anything I need to watch out for ?

That their maintainence is current. Other then that reall simple to upgrade. Install files in the order on FYI and use the correct version (MAS and MicroMAS-H use different files then MicroMAS-D).

We didn't install this one , How can I tell if it is MAS , MicroMas-H or MicroMas-D

Check the computer name. I just looked at two different machines, the micro MAS-D had a name of micromas0d and the MAS had a name of STRATAMAS01.

Got it upgraded, Just hope this helps the problem
