I was not able to get into the phone system through emanger, I talked to tech support and they think it is a issue with the nic card on the processor. It is under warranty so Iam getting another processor. When i install the new processor all i should have to do is put the sd card in and all the license and programing should load, right?

I would get into programing via a phone and do a current backup before loading the programing to the new proc. you will need to initalize the new proc. with the SD card installed and the license's will not be transfered you will have to get Toshiba involved to move them

Are you able to program it using the built in remote modem?

A system reset nearly always fixes CPU issues and I have not had to replace a CPU yet.
