Can I use DISA on a XTS system on CO line 6 of 6 to allow the caller direct access to his secretary without going through the secretary that normally answers the incoming calls?
If yes how do I do this. I have a manual but have no expreience in programming this system.
Thanks in advance,
Tom

You need to setup the co for a disa call. Section 40 button 7. Set it for 24 hour. When you call into that line you must enter the DISA default password; then you get an intercom dial tone. Then just dial the extension number of who you want to reach.
It is possible, you are just using line 6 for DISA use only then.
Tip and ring, the work of the devil!

Is this the only application you want to use the DISA for? If so, why not have the line just directly ring the secretary's phone?
