Finally got 2.10 running on this system in order to use the overflow to VMID in the UCD programming. The manual says this feature was implemented in 2.00, however, I haven't been able to access it through flash programming.

I've tried Flash 60, Button 15 and it just beeps. I've enabled call forwarding, I've set group 440 as the overflow destination but I'm unable to define a VMID for it to use.

Am I missing something? The fields show up in WinDBA 5.09 but not in the Flash programming.

Thanks.

Checked with Vodavi. Overflow to VMID from a UCD is a misprint for the XTSc. This feature was not supposed to be added in the manual.

To get the same effect I am trying to overflow to a virtual station (139) and set the Day Ext No Answer Fwd to VM group 440. I assumed it would use the VMID from the virtual station to forward into VM but it keeps using mailbox 110. (I double checked that the VMID for station 139 is 139.)

Fixed partially. Mailbox 110 was set for the Preset Call Forward VMID for CO1. I'm trying to get the same effect with the virtual station.

CO1 -> H451 -> VM Ports 108 & 109 (for auto-att) -> UCD550 w/overflow to virtual station 139 which is forwarded to pilot 440.

I have the UCD overflow timer set to 5 secs to test. I have the UCD overflow destination set to 139 (Virtual Station).

At station 139 (Flash 50) I verified that it is VMID 139 and I've tried all forwarding methods from that station to 440. It doesn't seem to use the VMID from the last forwarding station and goes back into the auto-attendant CCR.
