Hi, I have a customer who keeps telling me that occasionally if a call is placed on hold that another phone/station cannot pick up the call. It doesn't happen all the time. My first thought was that it was user error, or someone putting the call on exclusive hold. I haven't been able to duplicate the problem, just wondering if someone has heard of this as a known issue with the STS?

It's definitely exclusive hold that is causing this. It's easy to inadvertently hit the hold button twice and not realize it. It happens in our office all the time.
One way to prove this is to set the exclusive hold recall timer to one second. If the calls start immediately recalling every once in a while, you will know it. That's how we prove it to people.

Right on, I'll try that. Thanks for the tip.
