I have a voicemail system attached to this system and for some reason after replacing hard drive now message wait does not work. I know the voicemail is doing things properly as I put digit grabber on the port and it works fine. What is happening, is I get busy signal on the first digit after the 60 or 61 code is dialed. Have you tried dialing from your buttset?
Have any ports on the KSU been changed?

And you have not changed anything in the phone system at all? It sounds like the 60/61 plus the extension number is correct. Is it possible that someone messed with the system programming trying to get the voice mail to work? It's not difficult to restore it if that is the case. Have you tried to connect a butt set to the last port and manually dial the codes?
Sorry for all of the questions, but I need more information in order to assist.
