I currently have a SBX System setup in shop with (2) hard-wired Telephones, (2) LOCAL IP Telephones and (1) REMOTE IP Telephone located at tech's house. The problem is that a local IP telephone can call another local IP telephone and hard-wired telephone ok, but when calling the remote IP telephone, it receives a busy signal,visa-versa the remote IP telephone can call hard-wired telephones ok, but receives busy signal when calling local IP telephones??

Is the remote IP phone located behind a NAT, firewall or router? If so, you may need to add a rule to allow incoming packets...
