I see that this question has been asked numerous times before, but only answered in PM.

As with most of the situations, we have had staff changes and we have all changed our personal voicemail greetins but have not been able to change the greeting that people hear when they first call in, and especially the night greeting that turns on automatically. So my question is:

How do we get into the area where we can change the recorded message that comes on when people call in and it states everyone's extensions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I have spent quite sometime going through the book and have not been able to find it.

Thank you.

Is it an in-skin flash vm, in-skin hd, or talk path that you are trying to change ?

Try dialing ext. 150 and when it answers, dial ##00. If it responds with "mailbox fifteen", we will know that you have an in-skin flash-based voice mail card. Once we determine that, we'll be able to give you better support.

If you hear anything else, then we have to start over in determining what voice mail you have.

Sure, I'll send you a private message for the available options.
