Just finished my first STSe with flash inskin of the new year.It seems there's been a software change on the inskin. To enter the outoing message from admin you now have to enter the greeting number as 01, 02 etc. instead of 1,2 etc. first I'd heard about it. Had to call Vertical Tech Support ( first time in many years ), thought I had a bad Inskin. Just wanted to pass this along.It was a 3022 board.

Yes that is correct. I found out the hard way as well after calling Tech support.
There seems to be something else that changed in
programming, but just cant recall it at the time.
It has been several months ago i ran into this.

I know you now have a " time out " option in the newer version as well as cell phone ( or land line notification ) instead of pager only.

Really? How do you access it ? Tech support could not tell me how to set the timeout feature, the engineer I talked to had to ask someone else what it was when I asked about it.

It is on the dial actions section. I believe it is labeled as "T".
