I put in this program to alleviate busy calls going directly to voice mail to allow only CFNA for station 100.
It is in flash 50 Page "C"(button 21) then button 4 dial ### HOLD
That did not work and now the client is saying that at 5PM the voice mail sends no calls to the phones but goes directly to voice mail.. They claim this used to happen at 7PM!
What have I done? It makes no sense to me.

Well, if the system is set up for auto night mode ( flash 22 ), then you just need to readjust that program for the proper times. Are you using blind or supervised transfers. If you are using the inskin hard drive or the talk path vm then it's possible you have the mailbox set as supervised which would override flash 50 page c settings.

ok. my guess is it must be doing supervised. Wouldn't that also overide flash 22 programming?

Well supervised transfer wouldn't have anything to do with flash 22. I am assuming they have auto night mode set in flash 22 to control what time the night mode starts.
