What are you asking? I am not familiar with Rauland but what are you trying to do?
Are you setting it up as extensions or co lines? Are you wanting to send inband info to the Rauland?
Tip and ring, the work of the devil!

In order to provide full integration with the Rauland-Borg Telecenter, you must have the optional KSU software that provides this functionality. Also, the CO lines associated need to be set for DISA type 5. Also, is the serial port between the systems set up and configured for the proper baud rate so that they match?
If this is an XTS, you'll need to get the system's ESN and contact inside sales at Vertical to obtain the replacement software key code. If it is an older system, you'll need the chips that contain this software (you should be able to use the ones from the PMU of the old card if you still have it).
