used flash 65 programed stations and button to call vm 440 rings no answer ,unsure about alternate v m group programing , leave mail index, retrive mail, v m outpulsr table ,any help would be great Thanks Kent

vodavi 5000 v m does not pick up incoming calls what is going on

"Vodavi 5000" is a Triad phone system, I believe. It is not a voice-mail system. Can you find out what voice-mail system is attached to the KSU? What lights are lit on the voice-mail?

It is either a Triad, Mach1 or an older Mach1 called a DVX+1. All where in a IN5000-00 cabinet, it depends on the PKU. NFC is correct, the VM is external, find the unit & reboot it. Chances are, it has had a long happy life & the HD could be failing.

Maybe there isn't any voice mail. A Dispatch box would be hanging around close to the Tirad ksu, wouldn't you think?
