I have an issue with one of our XTS-IP 30-button phones. The HTP button is set to handsfree, but when you call that phone, it rings as if it's on tone. This is the only extension in our 94-phone system where this issue is occurring. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Sounds like it is set for forced ringing in system programming. You would need system admin access to change this

I have that access. I just need to know how to change the programming on that.

Flash 50/51, page B, button 4 and then make the entry 0 or 2.
