I have a recently-installed STSe with an in-skin flash voice mail card in it. The customer is claiming that when someone calls in to the auto attendant and dials 100, they are transferred to ext. 106.
My first thought was maybe it was just a simple case of X100 being forwarded to 106, but that is not the case. I've also checked other areas of programming, but can't find a thing.
I don't know of any area in the ISVM that allows for manipulation of the extension/mailbox relationship. Can anybody think of anything else that might be causing this?

Which station is the attendant? if it is 106 then the vm may not be hearing the first digit, but being that it is the flash based it could just be suffering from a brain problem.

100 is the attendant. I checked all of the usual stuff, so I'm pretty much convinced that the issue is in the ISVM itself (shocker).

Had the exact same problem about a year ago. Had to delete mailbox 106, then put it back in, no problems since.

My first thought is how you have the vm set up in option 4 (auto attendant settings). Is 100 set up as the attendant for each port?
Second thought: Is Fl. 10 set up properly?
Third: Is there a fixed / flex issue going on here?
Fourth: Some type of forwarding been turned on? Maybe a follow me?
Fifth: In mailbox programming, option 9, does 100 have the correct ext and mailbox assigned?
Sixth: Reboot
Seventh: Delete both mailbox's and try again.
Eighth: 1-877-vertical
