Hi everyone I am helping out a customer who ordered a XTSc-IP cabinet with ckib Pri and two dtib cards in it.
can someone please tell me how to get this up and running? I turned the power on and the system looks like it is up but on the phones I get this error
LKD-30D V0.6J
Scout-DX V1.1 No Sync
is there something I am missing with the setup of the dip switches?
Please Please help

Default the switch, and assign the cards you are using.
You are familiar with the switch, and have a manual ?
If not you may need some off line support not in user handbook.

yes I have already done that. and yes a little familiar with the switch. tried pretty much everything.

How did you get into programming to assign your cards if the switch is not even booting up? That sounds interesting. recheck your dip switch assignments, and make sure the battery sw. is on.
