I have a Vodavi Mach I that defaulted and there was no backup of the system programming. I have hand loaded all the programming into the system; however, I am unable to remotely program in Flash 65 the voicemail ports. Does the software level of a system matter when trying to program in Flash 65? This system is 3.0. I did get into one of my systems that is 4.0 and I can program it remotely. I am assuming this is a software level issue and this is going to need to be programmed onsite. Can anyone confirm that for me?

There should be no difference in getting into it...however some revisions want all the extensions entered as a group others need the digit one after each member is added.

I did try to enter all the extensions at one time but it didn't take it that way either. That is why I assumed it was a software issue.
