check your manual under outgoing CLIP or Outgoing Line ID, or call your vendor.

Do you program with the GUI software or hyperterminal?

Outgoing Caller ID is sent through E911. First assign a E911 block the number you want to show. Then assign that block to the extension. Its best to program through GUI
