We have a customer who has call waiting on their lines. I have Bizfon documentation that says "just press flash key" and some that says "No call waiting support". I can't seem to get an answer. Is there a workaround or a device i can put on the line side taht will flash the line yet not hang up the bizfon? Thanks.

Not that I am aware of, but it has been a while since we have put in any Bizfones. Honestly, they should just get another line if they are paying for the call waiting each month. Typically phone systems, even the Bizfone, are not relly meant to work with features like that from phone companies.....try and disuade them or call Bizfone direct and see if anyone there can help. Check their webpage documents too, they are actually rather helpful sometimes.

If there is a feature for Centrex line tranfer it may work, I've made it work on others that had call waiting, but the 2nd line is the best answer w/hunting.

Call waiting for businesss is just plain stupid! BUSiness pay money to get people to call them, then you make sound like you hungup on them, this is Rocket Science!
