Cust had a DK424i but we swapped it out to a CIX so they could get ACD. All calls get answered by the Amanda, go thru a few boxes and transfer to an ACD pilot of 508. Calling 508 directly never fails.
However, at random the Amanda fails to transfer to the pilot. I've tried with H and without, with tokens and without, the only thing I can think of is something I saw in trace, it's not waiting for dialtone, the trace shows it "assumed" there was dialtone and starts dialing.
Any ideas? Any idea as to where to make it wait for dial tone? It's not port specific...
Watching the call flow via Taske Visualizer, the call hits the VM ext, rings, answers, is on hold, rings the same port again 3 seconds later, like the digits were not recognized by the phone system.
