Hello all, Newbie here.
Can someone shed some light on/if the FMS(2) voice mail system supports Auto Attendant? We have a Elite 48 system R4.5. I have been asked if I can program it to answer and route incoming CO calls to the user station then to VM if no answer.
Thanks in advance

Yes, the 2 port can be used for an auto att.,but w/only 2 ports you might have an issue if you have a lot of incomming call traffic.

Thank you. There are lots of options and I saw ref to VRS etc.... When I read on the FMS it has a feature AA but was not sure if I needed the VRS in addition to the FMS card.
Anyways, thanks for the VERY quick reply.
Regards

you don't need the vrs.
but as the doc said it will only take 2 calls at any 1 time. be it outside calls, people checking their boxes, or a combo.
if you need a manual email me
