Where can I get NEC SAT software.
We have an Electra Elite IPK system, Our
service company just went bankrupt and it
looks like they took the software when they
did the install.

Also, is there a way for me to get the password if they changed it from the one they have written in the book here.

pc programming passwords can be set via a phone in system programming. you can't delete the feature hold #0* to get into system programming.
