ACJ COMM Member Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 8 Norton Ma. 02766 USA	I need help getting an extension to ring on incomming calls using MATWorx Studio can someone tell me where in the program i can change ringing assignment on specific extensions.

ACJ COMM Member Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 8 Norton Ma. 02766 USA	the lines are set up as prime lines. I have 4 virtuals that the hunt group of 15 point to and when someone answers a call they pull the call onto thier primary extension and that frees up the virt. for another call.

DrPbx Moderator-Mitel, NEC, Vodavi Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 1,985 Chetco Effect	Can you access MOC mode from you MatWorx? If so, the command would be. F9 9001 F8 xxx,xx (station,button number) F8 0 or 1 F2 'OK' should be the reply. Hope this helps.
