I need help getting an extension to ring on incomming calls using MATWorx Studio can someone tell me where in the program i can change ringing assignment on specific extensions.

I can't help you using Matworx, but I can help w/ programming through the phone. First, do you have direct CO line appearance or prime lines only?

the lines are set up as prime lines. I have 4 virtuals that the hunt group of 15 point to and when someone answers a call they pull the call onto thier primary extension and that frees up the virt. for another call.

So you would like the hunt group to appear & ring on a new exension. Then add that ext. to the call pickup group of your viruals. & also add a pickup button or do you dial a code?

These extensions are already set up. I just cant figure out how to program the individual extensions to ring by using MATWorx Studio.

Can you access MOC mode from you MatWorx? If so, the command would be.
F9
9001

xxx,xx (station,button number)
F8
0 or 1
F2
'OK' should be the reply.
