I have an Elite 192. When you call extensions 3023 and 3027 via the FMS autoattendant, the FMS transfers the call and then you get disconnected.

Does ring trip occur on these cards?

Also, Can I add a mailbox only mailbox on the FMS. I added a mailbox 3021 without an extension (for a travelling salesperson) but when you dial 3021, it goes nowhere. Is this something I have to modify using cosessions?

On extensions 3023 and 3027, goto those mailboxes and check 2 things
1. what does your action after greeting say?

about x3021, Is your transfer to ext on in box 3021? If so make Transfer no. That will send it to the greeting first and not ring the ext.
