Its Friday night 7:18 EST and I am in way over my head

I am installing an Electra 192, and can't even seem to program the stupid lines to dial out. I have the manuals, but they aren't making much sense right now, I'm used to the 2400 it was easy compared to this, anyone help me make sense of this?

2400 is easy to me, but I guess it wasn't when I first started, now its old hat....

What I am trying to do is just put an extension on each phone so that I can make an out side call, and I can recieve calls at an extension, sounds easy enough to me, but just keep getting "ERROR" every time I try to pick an extension.

Ok so I will try to give a bit more information here....

It is probably lacking in programming that is causing my issues. I need one trunk group coming in on a coid8 card, and I have 3 ESI station cards, that need to be able to dial out over this trunk.

I thought I had this trunk programmed, but maybe its wrong, and I also thought I had the key data programmed. When I go back "on-line" and try to grab a line, I just get "ERROR" on the display.

I should have never taken this job!!!! Anyone who would like to make a few bucks working on a saturday can email me, and I will email you back an 800 number you can call me on. I will paypal you the $300 I am making on this job, just so I don't have to come back tomorrow and miss the Daytona 500.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

are you trying to see all 8 lines on each phone? or are you just wanting a couple of "call" or "intercom" buttons on each phone?

program 3-03 is where you set the trunks to the trunk group. set them all to group #1 (dial 9 group)

holler back about the intercom or call buttons thing if that's what you want to do. it gets a little involved.
