I have an extension on an IVS 1000 that has DDD in the display and cannot recieve a transfered call from another internal extension. Any help would be appreciated.

Can it recieve any calls rather than just transferred calls if not check if it is in do not disturb. You'll have to look up the codes in cmd200 A022 is set and A023 cancel. Or alternatively if you have a console, without selecting a loop key, dial in the extension number and the options should display along the bottom row of the display. If I remember corrrectly you press the key under DND then cancel then release but if you have a console user guide you should check that.

I checked the DND and it is not that, both codes were the standard *8 and #8 but i cant figure out what this DDD is. There is no console on site. thaks,Al

DDD indicates that the station is on a trunk call. Check prime line for that phone. DDD follows what the route is set to in 3500.
