Could any of you wise individuals tell me why my voice mail pilot extensions keep calling my operator. About 3 or 4 times a day the voice mail will call the operator and go through the prompts be there messages or not. Please help me so I do not have to listen to the operator chew my ear off anymore. Thanks in advance by the way you guys are on point. You know everything.

Check the messages and see if you can find which mailbox they are comming from.
Somebody has turned message delivery to their work phone on and put in the operators extension number.
