If it's the password for the phone system itself -- i.e., you get "Code not Used" when you try to change a program -- I believe that you'll need to call NEC 800-852-4632 (dealers only) and get them to break it for you.
If it was voicemail, I might be able to help.
If you're not an NEC dealer and need a referral to one, I might be able to point you in the right direction, depending on where you are on the planet.

My appologies if I am wrong, but there has been a rash of hackers trying to get into system to make long distance calls. I HOPE that NO ONE is insane enough to give this guy anykind of code with 4 posts and a yahoo e-mail address!

He is definetly fishing, I removed the commands although I don't believe what he had listed can do anything, as when I went to class at NEC they said that the password recovery was pretty tight security wise.

He was way off and I do know! Those of us who do know how have a responsibility to make sure this info is kept under wraps and I personally think anyone asking for this info should immediately be barred from the site. Lets face it with the problems NEC's competitors have had re security, this is now a major issue.

I've been called out on some hacked elitemails, usually pointing notifications to someone in the Phillipines (9011632NNNNNNNN), but that's most often mailboxes without passcodes (all mailboxes should have passcodes all the time, imho) and not a straight-up password hack.

Well, you haven't posted a valid website, your profile is vague, and your very first post is looking for password info. What are we supposed to think?
In addition, you're using a form of internet shorthand ("u" instead of "you," etc.) which suggests that you are either very young or trying to look "cool," both of which are high risk factors for hackers/phreaks.
