You can't get easier than ESI - Look at the C Class. A very good price too! ESI C Class Were in Florida and I can have a tech preprogram it and send it to your forwarder.

Order the Panasonic KXTA824 package that includes 3 KXT7731 phones. Low priced, easy to program through a phone, built in caller ID, it's a 3x8 out of the box, and expands easily and inexpensively. You can add cordless phones, fax machines, credit card terminals to be used through the system very easily.

The office has 2 CO Lines, and will need 3-4 extensions. The key feature they require is call transfer, intercom and caller id. The Panasonic PXTA824 package looks very interesting and priced right. Any good places I can order from??

Not sure what's in your area, but try Graybar which has many locations across the US.

Best support 24/7. If Tom can't answer, one of us can. Not too many dealers do that!

The NEC DSX40 is a nice inexpensive system, built in caller ID, comes with 8 digital extension ports, 4 line ports and 2 analog extension ports. Voice mail is optional. The 22-button phones would be enough for you.
They are easy to use once set up.

If you are planning on installing this system with no PBX experience then you going to need plenty of support. Most manufacturers will not give support unless your are an authorized dealer. A proper installation makes the difference between a happy customer or someone that who hates their phones. There are several brands that will work for you purpose but you will need to research what is available in your country. Until you get some experience behind you I would suggest that you look at Sundance where you can purchase top grade equipment and has a 24/7 tech support forum. Also go with a system that has remote administration for extra support. An Avaya Partner ACS system would also do the trick. 1-Processor equipped 5 lines x 9 stations 4-18 button Display Telephones. 2 port Auto Attendant-4 mailbox PC card. https://www.telbroker.com/phone_system.htm
