Calls will go into Box 600/add a message center key to each of the 4 extensions to retrive messages

In program 1003 (trunks/setup/options/ring destination) do you have "overflow destination" set and "activate overflow" set? The overflow destination should be "extension" to extension 700. The "activate overflow" shoule be checked. Do the same for the "Ring Destination (Night)" if you want the call handling to be the same at night.

One thing I did fell to mention and I'm sorry but I'm also having problem with routing did's.This is a new install and the customer wanted to keep old ext. They have one DID (6220)but not an ext 220 .For some reason I cant rerout DID's to different ext's so I built ext 220 and fowarded all calls to 600 as a work around until I resolve DID routing.System or me (user error)not letting me DIL DID's to 700 or 600 or any other ext except what matches DID.
