I know I've done this before but now I can't remember how. CF-BNA I want a ext that is CF-BNA and is busy to go directly into VM without ringing the phone first. I do have cfbna set by doing '744' 1 XXX (XXX=VM ext). Calls do go to VM but rings at phone first.
