hello any and all NEC gurus,

is there a way to set the number of rings before a person's vm answers the call? phones currently ring only 2 and a half times. i can connect to the box without problem...just can't find the setting. :bang:

It's system-wide setting and will affect all phones in the system. Is that gonna be okay?

uh, not quite. That's fine if it's a system wide change. Do you know where the setting is located i.e. 22-xx?

The IPK II has different timers available by class of service setting. Look in the software manual at 20-29,30, and 31.
