How can a messages left on a virtual mailbox get automatically moved or transferred to another extension’s mailbox?

The virtual mailbox can be a transaction box with the other extension as the owner. Messages left in the T-Box will automatically be deposited into it's owner's box with a header that will say "you have a message from box XXX".
You will have to have Cosessions software to to log into the Elitemail to acclomplish what you are trying to do.

Do you recommend any specific parameters in this case, for this Transaction Box?

Virtual mailbox (351) is now a transaction box for a physical extension (104). But when I leave a message for 351, I donot see 104's light blink!
Do I delete the virtual mailbox 351 (from Persoanl Directory), and only have a transaction box (in the Transaction Dir)?
Or I need both virtual mailbox 351 and transaction box?

If it isn't working delete the tbox and start again. Also make sure that there is no other subscriber boxes of 351.
first add a new tbox 351 owned by ext.104. Make sure after you create the tbox 351 you VERIFY it is owned by box 104. Set the configuration of the tbox however you want it xfer d-> Y xfer n->y take message d and n. Call 351 and let it forward and leave it a message. Wait a couple of minutes and check the mwi on 104. Retrieve the message by logging into 104 and you will hear "box 351 has a message...." Follow like a regular box from here.
Also, to record a greeting in 351 you do it through ext 104's mailbox.
Log into 104mb and get to "would you like to leave any messages?" press 1 and hear please enter ext. number then enter 351. follow prompts and record day and night greetings or record one and copy with cosessions. If you don't record one it will play the greeting of box 104.
Hope this helps.

Also, does the mwi light on 104 if you leave a message directly for ext 104?

yes it should
i would add that when setting the greeting on tbox 351 you might have to hit ## to switch to ext instead of name.

Chrislebeck, that was a question for kevin that stated the light would not light on 104. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a bad phone, mb set not to light lights ect.
As far as the ## I got tired of typing. Thanks for filling that part in.
