Questions 1: How can you prevent the caller to go back to the main menu.
After you leave a message, VM goes through the following steps:
1. If you like to add to your message? Press 1 2. To listen to it? Press 2 3. To re-record it? Press the # key now 4. Otherwise I will make sure your message is delivered. 5. Thank you message has been sent. 6. If you would like further assistance. Press the # key now. 7. Thank you and Goodbay.
I would like to eliminate step 6. And have it go from Step 5 to Step 7. How can I do it?
Question 2: Can I eliminate the dir listing assistance?

For Step 6. Go to the mailbox and go to "After Message" and change from "Say-Bye" to "Hangup" This will also eliminate step 7 as well
Q2: When is this being played?? in the mailbox or from the AA??

If your using the default AA prompt set it will say "For directory assistance dial 411" or something like that. If that is the case just re-record the day prompt for the AA or create a new AA Tbox..
