Elitemail FMS/VMS
I have created a CAR extension, then DIT the Line to the CAR extension. VM for for that CAR gets recorded on the Transaction Box of a physical telephone extension.
When some one leaves a message, the beginning of the message gets cutoff. How can I fix this issue?

This is really a known issue. Usually people complain about getting cutoff near the end of leaving a message. I never had the beginning of a message being cut off. Make sure transfer is set to release, not await answer or await ring. Hope this helps.

in the cosessions software for the voicemail. When you goto the box in question on the lefthand side about half way down should a say Await answer.... just change it to Release. that should fix the issue.
