Just wondering if it is possible on an IPK II to do class of service override?
Basically the clients want certain people in the business to have their own pin code which will enable them to override the COS on extensions which block loacl, national and international calls so they can make any calls they want from that extension. They also want that to be reflected in the SMDR data.
Any help or programming loactions would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Scar.
