system : ipk 1
issue : I am doing an external call foward by dialing speaker + 41 + 9(trunk code)+ number

and when u call from Outside the extension who have the call foward, by being trasnfered by the voice mail, u hear the service provider (bell) saying please redial again and hang up

i programmed the call foward off premise + class of service but it doesnt work but it work by internal call

please?

I would make sure trunk to trunk transfer is enabled 1st. Also, I don't use code 41, I use fearure, 60, 9 + the number, feature, to set, then feature, 69, to cancel.

By the way, what kind of voice mail system & what is the transfer type for your mailboxes? They should be set for release or, "un-supervised" transfer.
