I see 1 huge mess slowly building and you and/or the system are going to lose your job(s) for non-performance. I'd get a visit from a qualified tech, if I were you. If 'Arlington' is in VA, there are probably 3 or 10 dealers in your area that can set your system up just as you want it, show you some kinks and twists, and possibly even offer a remote programming service for a whole lot less than you might think! Just a thought. John C.

Second what LightningHorse said.
A complete system redesign on an Elite is not a job for an Elite novice. The Elite will do everything you're trying to do, plus much much more, but you need to have a plan from the get-go or else you'll tie yourself in knots. As a man who has had to B & C a NEAX after being given the wrong specs for CM 05, believe me when I say that, without a plan from the beginning, you will rue the day you touched this Elite.
You could try to follow each piece of advice in turn, but the net result would be a mess. Get a pro, and do it right. The customer will be much happier, and you'll have fewer screaming phone calls.

To all
thanks for all your help and advice. So far i have get the stations and voicemail to work. These are (hopefully) my last two questions:
Caller ID: What do i need to do in order to make it work?
how can i get to know from port 00 or 01 if i have the correct hardware to make it work?

you need a "COID" card instead of a "COI" card to make that work.. Also ask for you service provider to have caller ID turned(well this is how it is in our country not sure in other countries)
