Gretings, all. I just got ahold of an nec electra pro level I phone system. I was wandering if there any manuals I can get to learn how to program the system. Also there a DB25 F on the side. Does the unit requir a special software package to program throught the connector.

You can only program through the phone. The connector is used for SMDR with a card you install in the KSU.

The PRO Level 1 does'nt have a DB25 connector on the side of the KSU, it's on the "bottem". What does it say on the front of the cabinet?

It says: NEC Electra Professional, then on the side label, it says: Pro level I advanced. I'm really looking for programming instructions. Any help would be greatful. Thanks
