I have an nec pro 2 advanced system, with only 2 incoming lines. Is there a way to assign a specific line to pickup when you dial 9. The way it's configured now is that line 4 is assigned when you hit 9. Previous company had 8 incoming lines. Thanks

Try 3-09 put line 4 in a differrnt group.
If you say you don't know you will get more respect.

Chris is right put all lines in a different group and leave the one you want in 01.
If you say you don't know you will get more respect.
