Does anyone know of (preferably free) software that can keep statistics/information about incoming/outgoing PBX calls? We have an ACD system, but would like to be able to gather information on non acd users' calls as well. We are looking for such information as number of calls recieved, number of calls made, time spent on calls, and if possible more detail like internal vs. external calls, ANI's, etc.
I believe we are running an IVS2 (matworx says 'for IVS2/IPS')

If you want all those details you will need to pay for something like call analyst.
