NEC makes nice products. Here is a little info on your system:

<a href="https://www.necus.com/companies/1/NewGenerationSOHOKeySystem.htm">NEC Infoset 408</a>

Designed for home use or very small office. Maximum 4 line capacity. Sounds like it will do what would be expected out of most low end key systems. Probably a pretty good value.

You may want to get your Caller ID card from whom you bought the system. I did a basic search on google, and there weren't exactly options popping up. I sell NEC and had not even heard of this system. Some of the trouble with over the counter type of product is that parts are not as plentiful. Hopefully you find what you need, but I do not have a resource for you. Thanks.

The Infoset was available from NEC BSSD dealers only.

I think it has been discontinued for a couple of years as it came out about the same time as the E-Pro series and that went away in 2002.

The 408 info-set is a nice little system for a small business. You can use either DTB or DTU style phones........ However the DTB phones have the line keys (line 1, line 2, line 3, etc) starting on the fouth row of buttons and works their way up.... the DTU phones have line 1, 2, 3, etc starting on the top row of buttons and works their way down.

The only thing I don't care much for is the programming. The software guide is not intuitive. I have spent way too much time reading and re-reading a particular programming module before I can understand what the writer really intended (e.g., delay ringing) mad

This system came out I believe 1990 or 91, I just moved 1 about 4 months ago, looks to me like this system was ahead of its time.

Infoset was released in 1999 or 2000.
