What data does the SMDR of the DS1000 output? Specifically, if we set up a call accounting program for the customer, would they be able to tell what the hold time was for a UCD call? It looks like it just does call duration - period.

I ran into that problem one time when a customer wanted call accounting - it only shows call duration.
That would be a good enhancement for the NEC boys to add to one of their software releases. Maybe one of them will read this post and take a hint[Linked Image from img115.exs.cx]
Of course I know they are NOT going to change the DS software, but perhaps the DSX software could incorporate hold time.
