Phone System - NEC Aspire

User1 places a call forward immediate on their extension to user2. If user2 does not answer I would like the caller to then be transfered to user2 voice mail. Currently the unanswered call is transfered to user1 voice mail. Is this possible?

I'm afraid not. The digits trailed from the original extension will be forwarded to the voice mail system. However, a virtual extension with a corresponding mailbox might suit your goal.
