Okay, to transfer, we are told to hit transfer, dial the extension #, then 8. I hit 0 by mistake. Now on the LCD Display, it says:
MSG >>> [Name of Person]
and the msg light is flashing. What did I do, and how do I undo it. The manual is no help whatsoever. No one else in the office knows, either.

Go off hook for intercom dial tone, dial 771, now dial the extension of the person on your display.

You can also press [exit] softkey, then MW softkey then clear all.

We always delete the 0 from 11-16: One-Digit Service Code Setup on all of our installs. Don't think we can disable the MW softkey.

You can disable message waiting in 20-13-07, COS. We do it on all our new installs for IPK II & SV8100.
