LAst 4 ports (69 to 72), telephone will not come up, it stays at "System start up, in progress" and that's it. Any help, thanks

is this a new card? What version software?

it is not a new card, but a card that had not been used until recently, the 1st 4 ports came up OK. Software is a 6.05 (I think), I am at home now, do not have my notes. THX

how many cabinets and what is the total port count including COs, and extensions. IT also could be those ports are bad, move the card to anther slot and see if those ports work when switched with another extension card of the same type.

does this system have voicemail? I will guess it does probably a digital vanguard that is using digital station ports and using both channels and using the systems port allotment
