Is there a way to point a DID at a ring group and have multiple ( 3 to be exact ) mobile extentions ring at the same time? Lines incoming and outgoing are PRI.

Yes it will work. Did it as a class exercise just now.. Call and scatter principle. All mobiles will ring and the first mobile to answer will take the call. Word of caution. If any of the mobiles are using a carrier voicemail and is turned off or out of range the carrier mail will take the call and the rest of the mobiles will not ring..
