I have an ACD member that all of a sudden can't Log in. All buttons still programmed, remains a Group member but got lock up. Any help or any idea would be much appreciated. :bang:

Check things like a callback, try & cancel it. Maybe DND is activated. I had this a long while back & I think it was something like that. Hope this helps. This is just basic ACD correct, using make busy/unbusy of some sort.

No it is not basic. Its stand alone computer at medical facility. No call back, no DND. You can press log in button but it won't let you log in.

Did you reset the phone system. If anyone is log in to any ACD group will be automatically log out with a reset. So make sure that they all log back in.

Sorry guys for delay. Was to busy. DP it is CCWX and RL, I didn't reset the system. To complicated. They working late and it is no way to reset it during the Day operation, but I am intent to do so anyway.

CCWX is very stable, a PBX reset probably is not needed. Is the button programmed as a F1042?

Yes it is. The phone was used for a long time, but it has been twice happened. And every time I was suggested by NEC to change port on the system or reset it. I changed and problem was solved but right now I have no spare ports and I am not upgrading for new card either.
